Salmon with Asparagus

Preperation:

Grill Salmon on medium heat for 5 minutes per side. Dash Montreal seasoning

onto each side to flavor. Grill Asparagus in the same manner. Use a zester or

mandolin to grate the blood orange over prepared salmon. Slice one slice of

blood orange and squeeze over the salmon. Eat the slice or prepare second slice for visual appeal.
